11. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, key777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

13. Termination

• Extended Account inactivity exceeding 12 months

Upon Account termination, you must cease all use of the Platform immediately. Any remaining balance in your Account (excluding bonus funds and unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 30 business days, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees or liabilities owed to key777.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
